Once you pick your date and choose to have Hill Crest host your wedding, we will guide you through your big day and help deliver your dream wedding exactly as you’ve always envisioned it.
Hill Crest offers a variety of full-service wedding packages from which to choose, and all are customizable to your unique tastes and preferences! When you have your wedding at Hill Crest, we take care of everything for you from linens and place settings to floral arrangements and decorations. We know that you have entrusted us with one of the most important days of your life. No detail is ever too small and we will never make a decision or arrangement without your approval.
Your Big Day
Whether you want an intimate wedding or want to celebrate with all of your family and friends, Hill Crest can accommodate you. Our many rooms can accommodate as little as 10 to well over 300 guests. The most popular wedding spaces, the Terrace Room and Ballroom, offer a beautiful view of sunsets overlooking the tree-lined golf course and rolling hills which surround the club. Not only does the view make for the most stunning wedding and reception photos, you and your guests will also have the perfect golden hour glow!

Hill Crest Country Club is the perfect place to host all of your wedding events. From engagement parties, to bridal showers, to the rehearsal dinner before your big day, we ensure that each event is special.

We Know Your Budget Is Important
The only surprise we want on your wedding day is the look on your fiancé/fiancée’s face when you walk down the aisle. When you book with Hill Crest, there are no hidden costs and we will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams.
Once you select a date, a $750 deposit is required at the time of booking. Hill Crest offers flexible payment options and plans that fit your needs.

Dan’s passion is ensuring that every member feels Hill Crest is their home away from home and that every special event/wedding exceeds expectations. Dan brings 25 years of club management experience to Hill Crest, where he has been General Manager since 2009. Dan has previously gained professional experience at the Longue Vue Club, The Pittsburgh Golf Club, Green Oaks Country Club, and Valley Brook Country Club.
He has managed over 520 weddings, hundreds of showers, training seminars, and corporate events. Dan has also managed 8 national and state-wide conferences, including a televised gubernatorial debate and forum.
